Refunds

Incase of any defect upon delivery, the same needs to be mailed to support@Invicti.in along with photograph of the damaged product. Final decision on refund / replacement, if eligible, will be taken by the Seller.

Seller disclaims any responsibility or liability for any defects or deficiencies or any other liability during the Warranty Period, if any, for the Goods, if the Goods are: (i) used in any manner that is inconsistent with the intended purpose as described in provided by the Seller for the Goods; (ii) altered in any way; and/or (iii) subjected to any other misuse, lack of proper maintenance, faulty repair, neglect, accident or servicing by persons other than Seller’s authorised person. Seller shall not be liable for any loss, damages or claims which are attributable to the negligence of the Buyer while storing, maintaining or operating the Goods. Responsibility for suitability, selection, installation, use, safety, operation or maintenance of the Goods rests solely with the Buyer.

‘In case the product was not delivered and you received a delivery confirmation email/SMS, report the issue within 7 days from the date of delivery confirmation for the seller to investigate.’
